This nasty term, manuscript writers , generally refers to aspiring writers who haphazardly send their manuscripts to publishing houses. Maybe a fantasy novel to a publisher that only publishes technical manuals or a philosophical essay to a science fiction publisher. If you think I'm exaggerating, unfortunately it's the truth. I am not a publishing house, as is (or would be ) easy to understand, yet there was someone who asked me to publish his works.
Are you rolling your eyes? Do you have your mouth wide open in disbelief? If I had kept all the strange emails I received, I would have made a book out of them entitled I hope they publish me , in the wake of Marcello D'Orta's books. Who are the manuscript Special Data writers? Can you publish my novels? This is the text of an email received a few days ago. “Buongiorno” and “Buonasera” seem to have long been extinct. Today is the era of immediate language: straight to the point, without mincing words. What's the point of introducing yourself? In short, here we have an Author who honors me with his works: it is I, at the limit, who has to bow to such a personality.
In my naivety I ask myself: but if, upon entering a site, you cannot understand that you are not dealing with a publishing house, what kind of novels could you have written? I have no words to give an answer. And you? Good evening, I am Mr. MG and I would be interested in writing the novel for work and earning money and in a month you earn more than 1000 euros and I have read everything. Clear? I guess so. I, who am hard of understanding, had to respond in a (perhaps) uncourteous way: Good morning, I honestly didn't understand what you wrote.
